Clear delivery timings and a simple return process for every GR order.Delivery
Available destinations, delivery charges and an estimated arrival date are shown before payment. Tracking is emailed when an order leaves GR.
Returns
Unworn standard sunglasses may be returned in their original condition and packaging within the return period shown in your order confirmation. Prescription lenses and personalised products may only be returned where faulty or where required by law.
Start a return
Contact GR with your order number and the item you wish to return. Instructions and the correct return address will be sent by email. Do not send products without a return authorisation.
