How GR uses the information needed to provide accounts, orders and phone-based fitting tools.Information we use
GR uses account details, delivery information, order records and customer messages to provide the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by GR.
Face Scan and virtual try-on
Camera processing is designed to happen on the customer’s phone. Face images are not stored by GR without clear permission. Recommendation results may be connected to a browser session so they can appear on the website.
Storage and sharing
GR uses contracted hosting, email, analytics and payment providers only where needed to run the service. Access is limited and records are retained only for an appropriate operational or legal period.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to certain uses. Use the contact page and select “Privacy” so the request can be identified.
