The terms that apply when using the GR website and placing an order.Orders
An order is an offer to buy. GR accepts it when an order confirmation is issued. If a product cannot be supplied, any captured payment will be returned to the original method.
Products and pricing
Product images are provided to show colour and shape as accurately as possible, but screens vary. Prices and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Clear errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Prescription orders
The customer is responsible for supplying a current, accurate prescription and pupillary distance where required. GR may pause an order to clarify incomplete or unusual values.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other customers. GR may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
